What an immense relief yesterday’s news must be for Corey’s family! The 17,000+ members of Corey’s Army on the Justice for Corey Facebook group all but exploded with joy yesterday when the news was announced (myself included).

I covered the story of six-year-old Corey Micciolo on the podcast last year as well as providing updates here on the blog and in this update episode.

Yesterday, 29-year-old Christopher Gregor of Monroe, New Jersey was arrested and charged with the murder of his son, Corey Travis Micciolo, on April 2, 2021 in Barnegat, New Jersey. He had previously been charged with child endangerment and released on bail. Jail records indicate he is now being held with no bail on the murder charge.
