Just a couple of quick case updates…
According to family and friends on Facebook, three-month-old Brock Kimsey, who is in the hospital after his mother’s boyfriend punched him repeatedly in the head last week, is off the ventilator and breathing on his own!
I don’t have any further information on Brock’s condition, but I will keep scouring the internet for updates and provide them as I find them.
Keep those prayers, good vibes, and positive energy flowing Brock’s way! The poor little guy will need all the support and reinforcement he can get as he recovers from Justin Keith Crowe’s terrible assault.

32-year-old Luis Eduardo Posso, Jr. and 25-year-old Dayan Median Flores face charges of murder, neglect of a dependent resulting in death, neglect of a dependent with cruel confinement involved, criminal confinement with bodily injury, and battery resulting in bodily injury to a person under the age of 14. Both are currently behind bars at the Monroe County Correctional Center and face possible sentences of life without parole. The couple’s three other children, ages 9, 5, and 2, are under the care of Child Protective Services.

Lindsee Leonardo, the Tennessee mother who left her toddlers in the bathtub to enjoy some “me time” and came back to find her 11-month-old son, Aidan, had drowned, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 21, 2020. Since I can’t find a peep about it online, I’m guessing it was postponed.
Lindsee faces charges of felony aggravated child abuse and first-degree murder. As soon as I hear more about the status of the hearing, I will post another update.

Marty Browning, the West Virginia “father” accused of causing the death of his 8-year-old daughter, Raylee, by withholding food, water, and medical attention, was released from Central Regional Jail on December 26, 2019 after posting $100,000 bail.
Marty, his girlfriend Julie Titchenell, and her sister Sherie Titchenell, have each been charged with death of a child by a parent, guardian or custodian, as well as neglect resulting in death. No court date appears to have been set at this time.
